Her excellency Ambassador Priscilla Misihairabwi-Mushonga met with the President of Latvia, His Excellency Edgars Rinkēvičs amidst a special ceremony held at the presidential palace in Riga, Latvia, on the 31st of January 2024.
At the ceremony Ambassador Priscilla Misihairabwi-Mushonga expressed her commitment to further strengthen the bilateral relations and cooperations existing between the two countries and people.
